When NOVA Chemicals, a leading producer of plastic and chemicals, engaged us to redesign its website, our web audit revealed that there was a significant disconnect between who NOVA Chemicals is as a brand and the perceptions their website was creating.
We used a novel approach to give NOVA Chemicals the site structure they needed.
We began by recommending the development of a content-driven strategy. Next, we provided insights specific to how they could best enhance user experience to strengthen brand perceptions. Finally, we shared feedback gleaned from interviews with key internal stakeholders to provide direction on how web governance should be managed moving forward. The result is a site informed by strategic insights that builds brand equity.
