An investment firm needed to build brand equity.
Confluence Financial Partners, a fast-growing financial investment firm in the Pittsburgh region with over $1 billion in managed assets, was lagging behind its competitors in brand recognition and lacked a cohesive messaging platform and brand identity. While the organization was thriving through organic growth and referrals, they wanted to attract new clients. They asked us to create a differentiated positioning and “re-launch” their brand to the world.
A campaign that paid dividends and a website that was right on the money.
We conducted interviews with Confluence’s clients, employees and executive team to define their opportunity in the market. This process uncovered the insights we used to develop an integrated marketing campaign: clients want to be treated like family by a partner who can help them win the right way. We developed the brand themeline “Imagine That,” which emphasized the brand’s focus on achieving client goals. We wove the themeline through television, print and a comprehensive digital campaign that included a social media strategy, video and banner ads that led high-net-worth prospects to a new website. The eye-catching new site included a restructured content management system, a dynamic questionnaire for prospective clients and a newly constructed underlying server architecture for enhanced security and performance.
