“Pardot” the interruption.
The Center for Connected Medicine (CCM) is a hub for big ideas in medical technology. So we had to think big when revamping their site and improving its overall functionality. The core mission of CCM is to collaborate with the world’s best companies, universities and hospitals in order to develop breakthrough products and services, so we designed the site with those partners front and center.
The backbone of the site is a custom integration of Pardot, a flexible CRM system that allows the CCM to capture visitor data and tailor the user experience. A gated resources section was also integral to tracking where visitors to the site were spending their time. This information enabled the CCM to gather leads, create relevant content for partner companies, share resources, set up site visits, plan events and more.
