Recruiting Manager

As a Recruiting Manager at Garrison Hughes, you will be part of an exciting agency and a fun group of people who take their work seriously. You will facilitate new business with clients for our staffing partnership as well as work on a talent pipeline to fill those roles. You will benefit from being around a team of experienced, award-winning professionals who will help you in every way possible to achieve success. 


  • Calling on prospects to schedule appointments for you 
  • Preparing resumes for associates
  • Bringing in and recruiting talent for open jobs
  • Filling open job orders with the right candidates
  • Calling existing clients and/or prospects to try and place top candidates
  • Manage the process from the interview through the offer stage
  • Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Maintaining client relationships to acquire job order volume
  • Establishing and maintaining a solid networking pipeline of candidates of various skill sets
  • Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS
  • Full desk recruiting (business development, candidate sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)
  • Ability to multitask and work on several open positions.


  • Accustomed to being on the phone and scheduling appointments
  • At least 3 years inside sales or staffing experience (both ideally)
  • 10+ years overall experience
  • Well-spoken with professional presentation skills/exceptional customer service
  • Tech-savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Experience with ATS products
