Media Analytics – Manager

As a Media Analytics Manager at Garrison Hughes, you will be part of an exciting agency and a fun group of people who take their work seriously. You will lead the day-to-day analysis of our client’s paid media advertising on assigned clients, as well as be involved in strategic and insightful integrated plan development.

In this role, you will report to our Media Director and share in departmental responsibilities, including:


  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s industry, business objectives and strategy, media plans, and consumer journey as context for analysis and reporting needs
  • Assess client’s analytics needs and create measurement plans that complement multi-channel media plans and provide clients with actionable intelligence
  • Build an understanding of digital and traditional media ecosystems including integration of on-line/off-line attribution, integration of upper and lower funnel measurement, and the success of key media tactics and dynamic creative optimization 
  • Hands-on-Keyboard experience pulling and analyzing data from Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, and third-party digital vendors
  • Serve as project lead on analyses performed by the team 
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Excel and/or Tableau 
  • Serve as day-to-day contact with media teams and clients 
  • Assume primary responsibility for deliverables for analytic projects including pertinent insights and actionable recommendations  
  • Assume lead role in presenting analytic findings to media teams and clients
  • Handle multiple client projects concurrently
  • Actively seek out ways to improve analytic workstreams and efficiencies, and contribute to the development of new offerings

Besides requiring a person with boundless enthusiasm and passion, we also want a specialist with a 4-year degree, 2-4 years of experience, experience building reports from scratch, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with other forms of traditional and digital media is a plus.
