Digital Media Planner

As a Digital Media Planner at Garrison Hughes, you will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced team as well as help influence our digital strategy and thinking. We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience planning and buying digital media, including programmatic/display and SEM. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making recommendations to the internal agency as well as key partners and clients.


  • Assist in digital media strategy and execution across agency clients.
  • Help manage digital media plans by working with partners/vendors, negotiating buys, and executing campaigns.
  • Help monitor and report performance of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Help implement media strategies across digital, traditional, and social platforms.
  • Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation process.
  • Create client-facing digital reports with the help of the larger team.
  • Work daily with agency partners/vendors to stay current on industry offerings, trends, and technology.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 2-3 years of experience planning and buying digital media.
  • Familiarity and comfort working in Google Campaign Manager and Google Analytics; experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio a plus.
  • Experience pulling, manipulating, and analyzing data from various ad platforms and sources.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience developing, executing, and optimizing paid search and programmatic campaigns; experience with paid social a plus.
