Creative Project Supervisor

Garrison Hughes is looking for a contract-to-hire Creative Project Supervisor to assist and guide the creative team through workloads and projects. The Creative Project Supervisor plays a pivotal role in keeping projects moving internally and managing the clients’ expectations. They will gather information and understand the overall direction of the campaign and creative request. They will proactively work to move the creative team members toward completion of project deliverables and support the team in various administrative activities by building project schedules, forecasting hours for projects, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time, confirming that all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and enforcing processes during projects. They will help create efficiency by forecasting, monitoring utilization, and identifying opportunities to move projects to lower-cost resources, as well as monitoring client approvals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Run internal client meetings as needed; be responsible for daily communication with key internal contacts
  • Monitor, and when appropriate, respond to client emails and alert the creative team to important details
  • Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
  • Assist in managing the campaign process and updating all materials
  • Review all art file updates for accuracy and incorporation of client comments, and monitor the number of rounds 
  • Create and keep the creative team aware of project schedules and deadlines     
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist in determining individuals’ workloads and capacity as projects move in and out of the agency quickly
  • Produce timely and accurate project reports for internal reference
  • Flexible in supporting the creative team on a wide variety of administrative duties
  • Coordinating, scheduling of meetings – internally and with clients – taking notes and distributing; follow up on actions
  • Create project estimates for hours and production costs
  • Improve existing processes

Qualifications:

  • Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using digital workflows/project management software is a plus
  • 4+ years working in an agency or consulting firm
  • Strong listening and superior relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of the creative vocabulary and processes within an agency, including team member roles, responsibilities, and production processes
  • High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence, outgoing, and persuasive.
