FNB wanted to sell an "experience" not just a checking account.
First National Bank wanted to repackage its line of checking accounts and create a more informative and engaging buying experience in the branch.
There’s an app for that.
We started by writing an IOS enterprise app that ran an interactive kiosk. The kiosk features an iPad that allows customers to either scan a code on a checking account product or use a touchscreen to watch videos, compare features, and select an account that’s right for them. We handled all aspects of the production. We wrote the code for the app and the scanning technology, as well as for a "Help Me Decide" guide. We manage the kiosks with an MDM solution and report monthly analytics. As an official Apple® DEP member, we sourced the iPads and manufactured the kiosks. We also produced a series of brief, informative product videos for the iPad, along with boxes that contained a brochure for each checking account. Here’s a video we did for FNB’s Freestyle Checking product.
We are installing the kiosks in FNB branches across six states and giving the bank another innovative sales tool.
